Where we deliver
We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery times
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days once collected by our delivery partner. Larger or palletised deliveries may take longer depending on location and courier schedules.

Delivery charges

  • Parcels up to 25 kg: €5.00

  • Standard pallet: €60.00

  • Very heavy or oversized items may require a custom delivery quote.

Couriers
Deliveries are made using trusted national carriers such as GLS, Fastway, or An Post. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery inspection
Please check your order on arrival and ensure all items are present and in good condition. If anything appears damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the following applies.

Change-of-mind returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any labels, manuals, or accessories.

  • Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If an item has been handled beyond what’s necessary to check it, a deduction may be made to reflect any loss in value.

Items that may not be returnable
Perishable goods, custom or special orders, PPE or hygiene products once opened, and clearance items if marked non-returnable.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos where possible.

  3. We’ll assess and arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

How to start a return

  1. Email or call us before sending anything back.

  2. We’ll issue a return reference and instructions.

  3. Repack the item securely. Unless faulty, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Keep your postage proof until your refund is processed.
